GUEST POLICY
At Cedar Flats, we welcome guests to visit our residents; however, it’s important to remember that the resident is responsible for their guest’s actions while on the property. If a guest plans to stay overnight, prior approval must be obtained from both the office and any other roommates in the apartment. This ensures a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone. We encourage communication between roommates and with the management team to ensure all guests are properly authorized for overnight stays.
LEASE TERMS
Our lease terms at Cedar Flats are designed to provide flexibility and clarity for all residents. What is the decorating policy?
Residents are welcome to decorate their apartment however they’d like, as long as any holes are filled upon move-out and no permanent damage is left behind. Seasonal decorations are also allowed outside, but if they create a mess that requires maintenance cleanup, the resident will be charged for the service.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Residents should bring all essential living items, including bedding, storage containers, hangers, pots, pans, utensils, and any other personal necessities to make their space feel like home.
Can residents add a roommate later?
Yes, if there is an available space in the apartment. The new roommate must go through the approval process and sign a lease before moving in.
